Designing & Posting banners for Social media, Handling calls (Incoming  & Outgoing), Handling Emails (Incoming & Outgoing)


Responsibilities Answering phones Managing incoming and outgoing mail, social media, and emails Filing and organizing records, invoices, and other documents Scheduling meetings and events Preparing agendas Handling expense reporting and invoicing.

Proficiency in office software, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
